FIRST RESPONDER PROGRAMS
KEY CONSIDERATIONS:

All participants must have current CPR level "C" and First Aid certification.
- Approximately one month before the course begins participants will receive the First Responder Provider Manual to review.
- Canadian OnSite Medical can provide this course to virtually any community, industrial site or worksite in Canada.
OUR PROGRAMS PROVIDES:

A 66-hour, hands-on session taught by professionals with field experience.
- Short lectures, video instruction and practical exercises.
- A complete description of the role of the First Responder.
- Instruction on how to use First Responder equipment safely and effectively.
- An overview of the basic functions of an EMS system.
- Interactive sessions on how to manage medical emergencies such as unconscious patients, heart attacks, respiratory problems and other medical emergencies.
- Each student with First Responder Certification after completing the course.
